Sofa Brands International Finance Manager Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the group finance shared service teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll, with a team of 5 direct reports. They will also be expected to build and develop stakeholder relationships with other managers and the wider business, as well as implement and maintain financial accounting controls and processes. Additional responsibilities include finalizing the implementation of current AP automation software, facilitating future finance efficiency projects, and assisting on group audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the group finance shared service teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll.

  • Implement and maintain financial accounting controls and processes.
