We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Support and Quality Assurance Lead to join our Human Resources team at Miles Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role

This vital position requires a skilled and organized professional to administer human resources functions, focusing on training initiatives, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support all departments with recruitment processes, from advertisement to onboarding.
  2. Ensure job vacancy details are accurate and compliant prior to advertisement.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to review and update job descriptions and person specifications.
  4. Manage Recruiter accounts, post vacancies, review candidates, and arrange interviews.
  5. Conduct pre-employment checks, including Right to Work verifications and DBS checks.
  6. Analyze GP and Nurse requirements, ensuring compliance with GMC, National Performers Checklist, Medical Indemnity, and NMC regulations.
  7. Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  9. Coordinate communication with the finance department regarding new starters.
  10. Configure IT systems for new recruits.
  11. Create electronic and online HR files for new employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
