About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and innovative clinician to provide clinical and strategic leadership to our Wheelchairs Service.


As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, creating a culture of teamwork and innovation, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will oversee the performance of the service and be supported by the Head of Services (HOS) to develop your leadership and management skills.



Main Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Registered Allied Health Professional (AHP) or Nurse with active Registration
  • BSc or equivalent in relevant Clinical Professional area
  • Evidence of post-graduate CPD
  • Significant post-graduate experience in community healthcare and long term conditions
  • Experience of leading and managing clinical teams, including HR and professional management
  • Recent experience of working at a band 6 level or above
