Job Summary

Wiltshire Health and Care LLP is seeking a dynamic and innovative clinician to provide clinical and strategic team leadership and management to the WHC Wheelchairs Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, creating a culture of teamwork and innovation, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, creating a culture of teamwork and innovation, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They will oversee the management of team performance across the service, working closely with the Head of Services to develop leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical and strategic leadership to the WHC Wheelchairs Service
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the management of team performance

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant post-graduate experience in community healthcare and long-term conditions, as well as experience of leading and managing clinical teams. They will also have a good working knowledge of neurological or long-term conditions and recent experience of working at a Band 6 level or above. Additionally, they will have evidence of professional development and experience in neurology, community rehabilitation, or long-term conditions.
