About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group in Leek. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Experience working in a residential childcare environment (desirable)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent (desirable)
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends
