Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Staffordshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to young people, encouraging their independence and personal growth.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment for residents.
  • Implement care plans and individualised support strategies.
  • Collaborate with social workers, families, and other professionals involved in the young people's lives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or adolescents is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting young people's needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A full driver's license is required due to the nature of the role.
