This is an excellent opportunity for an Overnight Care Support Specialist to join our well-regarded home. Our facility has received positive evaluations across all areas and is recognized for its strong reputation with local authorities.

The home accommodates up to 8 young individuals, all of whom have learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and may exhibit associated behaviors. Many of our children (though not all) are non-verbal or have limited communication skills, utilizing various methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices, and Makaton to express themselves.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Residential Childcare Environment (Preferred)
- Level 3 in Children's and Young People or equivalent (Preferred but not essential)
- Driver (company provides a vehicle during working hours)
- Ability to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
