About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Ballington House in Leek. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and care to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, community involvement, and other activities that promote their recovery and well-being.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our high standards of care and compassion.
