About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Mental Health Service Manager to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing full clinical and administrative teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained.

You will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the experienced and established teams, and other external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients, and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Leading the senior management team on site, developing local strategy of the service, ensuring adherence to the service's objectives, quality improvement and business plans
  • Promoting and enhancing the hospital's reputation for specialist care and service
  • Fulfilling the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations
  • Engagement with Provider Collaboratives
