Therapist for Adults with Mental Health Conditions

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge in mental health? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled therapist to join our inpatient acute mental health service in Luton. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to adults with mental health conditions, using your expertise to support patients' recovery and independence.
Main DutiesKey responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualised OT interventions, and participating in the development of the OT programme. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective discharge planning.
Your skills and experience will be highly valued as you work to improve patient outcomes and promote excellence in practice. As a leader in the field of occupational therapy, you will be expected to share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues, contributing to the advancement of our OT service.
Person Specification- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- State Registration
- Member of College of Occupational Therapists
- Post-qualifying experience in Mental Health
- Assertive in clinical and managerial situations
The estimated salary for this position is around £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
