About the Role


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our adult mental health services at Talbot House, Ellenbrook House & Stockwood House.


As a Senior Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our services, developing close working relationships with our experienced teams and external stakeholders.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Facilitating the development of quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of patients and reflect market trends and evidence-based practice.
  • Ensuring quality and financial targets are met through effective leadership and management.
  • Developing and implementing local strategies to drive service improvement and business growth.
  • Promoting and enhancing our hospital's reputation for specialist care and service.
  • Fulfilling the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations.
  • Engagement with Provider Collaboratives and on-call duties.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A relevant nursing qualification - mental health nursing.
  • An excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector.
  • A clinical background in and understanding of eating disorders.
  • An emphasis on performance and delivery to support successful service delivery and development.
  • A credible, inclusive, and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership and sound underpinning knowledge.
  • Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical operational activities within a health sector organisation.
  • A working knowledge of the NHS and Independent Healthcare sectors.

About You


We offer a competitive annual salary of £60,000-£80,000, including a £5,000 car allowance. Our benefits package includes:
