Mental Health Service Lead

You will be responsible for leading and managing full clinical and administrative teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained, and ensuring quality and financial targets are met. As the lead of Talbot House, Ellenbrook House & Stockwood House service, you will have overall leadership and management of the service, developing close working relationships with the experienced and established teams, and other external stakeholders and be responsible for the delivery of excellent care and operational performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients.
- Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met, while continuing to develop commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
- Leading the senior management team on site, developing local strategy of the service, ensuring adherence to the service's objectives, quality improvement and business plans.
This role requires a strong background in leading high performing teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and outcomes. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies that drive service excellence and improve patient outcomes.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
