Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrative staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient appointments process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of administrative staff to ensure the efficient operation of our outpatient appointments process.
- Operational Performance: Drive operational performance by monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing process improvements.
- Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Workforce Planning: Plan and manage the workforce to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Operational Management: Experience of managing operational processes and teams in a healthcare or related environment.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
