Job Title: Self-Pay Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self-Pay Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators, driving operational performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Ensure all team members receive regular feedback and coaching to support their development and growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a management or team lead role, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and customer service principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
