Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Team Leader to join our Patient Admissions team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators, ensuring operational performance, and delivering high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely management of administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational performance, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality assessments, providing feedback to the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage workforce planning, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Collaborate with the Patient Admissions Manager and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Deputize for the Patient Admissions Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
