About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Teachers to deliver high-quality education to pupils with ASD (Autism) diagnosis. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and delivery of lessons, preparing classrooms and materials, and building positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and learning.

The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, have excellent support skills, and be genuinely motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential. Previous experience of working in an SEN/ASC environment is desirable but not essential.
