Student Support Associate

We are seeking an exceptional Student Support Associate to join our team at Reddish Hall School, a leading independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 5-18. As part of Outcomes First Group, we pride ourselves on providing successful outcomes for pupils with social emotional and mental health difficulties.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications (GCSE's A-C Including Maths and English) and experience working with students in a school environment. We require someone who is committed, motivated and enthusiastic to support our expanding team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing emotional, social and behavioural support to students within the school's ethos and SEN Code of Practice;
- Contributing to the Safeguarding ethos by adhering to the school's policy and procedures;
- Undertaking structured learning activities/programmes, adjusting according to student responses and noting achievement and progress;
- Developing students' competence and independence in ICT use;
- Assisting in lesson planning and resource management.
