Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team in Portsmouth. As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide targeted support to students with diverse learning needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs, in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Provide individualized support to students, focusing on areas such as academic skills development, social-emotional learning, and behavior management.
- Support students with SEN and SEMH needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular review meetings with teaching staff.
