We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit team at Brookthorpe Hall School, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will connect directly with the brilliant pupils we care for, helping them achieve their full potential.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils by helping prepare learning materials, running classroom activities, and taking responsibility for their emotional and physical needs. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, where you can draw on your skills and experience to develop as an individual and contribute to the success of our school.
