**Role Overview:**
The Regional Director will play a critical role in driving our education strategy forward, working closely with school leaders, teachers, and support staff to improve student outcomes and experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the education sector.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to school leaders and teams
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve school performance and outcomes
- Work closely with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the region
**Benefits and Salary:**
We offer a generous salary of up to £110,000 per annum, plus a car allowance and bonus scheme. Our benefits package also includes private medical insurance, company pension, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with options to buy additional time off.
