**About The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Senior English Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the English department and ensuring the highest standards of learning and achievement for all students.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading the English department to achieve high standards of teaching and learning
- Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and curricula
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues to improve their teaching practice
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong track record of leadership and management experience in an educational setting
- An excellent understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
