The successful candidate will join our team at Brookthorpe Hall School, which provides specialist education and support for students aged 7-16 with complex needs.

The school has a reputation for providing a nurturing environment where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

The role will involve working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach a range of subjects to students aged 7-16 with complex needs.
  • To plan and deliver lessons that are engaging, interactive, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans that meet the needs of our students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working with students with complex needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and students.
  • Passion for teaching and learning, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our students.

Salary: Up to £42,200 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
