Job Description:
As a seasoned Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand customer base through relationship building and development
- Maintain and increase sales within your assigned region
- Achieve sales targets and goals set for your area and team
- Resolve customer issues and handle complaints to build trust and customer loyalty
- Analyse customer purchasing data to identify future business opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Field Sales Executive
- A strong background in the Automotive, Automotive Aftermarket, Motor Factor, Off Highway, OEM, or Commercial Vehicle sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
