Job Description:


As a seasoned Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within your assigned region.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Expand customer base through relationship building and development
  • Maintain and increase sales within your assigned region
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set for your area and team
  • Resolve customer issues and handle complaints to build trust and customer loyalty
  • Analyse customer purchasing data to identify future business opportunities

Requirements:



  • Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Field Sales Executive
  • A strong background in the Automotive, Automotive Aftermarket, Motor Factor, Off Highway, OEM, or Commercial Vehicle sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
