About the Role:

As Senior Commercial Marketing Executive for National On Trade, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery and effective execution of brand experiences in line with consumer demand occasions, shopper insights, data analytics, and channel objectives to drive customer, category, and Suntory Global Spirits brand growth.

Focusing specifically on the Luxury On Trade channel, this role will support the delivery of departmental budget performance within agreed guidelines and the delivery of commercial marketing initiatives that build increased desirability and sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans.
  • Implement the Commercial Marketing Strategy in On Trade accounts.
  • Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
  • Support the activation calendar around key brand moments.
  • Manage innovation launch plans in the On Trade.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure clear ROI.
  • Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager.
  • Research and share competitor insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth.

About You:

  • Experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment, preferably in the Drinks Industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering activations in a range of customers, ensuring the needs of the business and the needs of the customer are met.
  • Knowledge of the UK On trade landscape, specifically in the London area.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans.
  • Passion for the world of spirits, interest in joining a growing business, and the desire to make your mark.
