Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Marketing Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Grocery channel. This role will involve coordinating brand experiences, managing activations, and collaborating with customers to enhance brand value and performance.

About the Role:

As a Senior Commercial Marketing Executive for Grocery, you will be responsible for delivering commercial marketing initiatives that build desirability and sustainable growth in the Grocery channel. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating activations, implementing the Commercial Marketing Strategy, partnering with customers, and managing innovation launch plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver activations aligned with channel plans.
  • Implement the Commercial Marketing Strategy across Grocery accounts.
  • Partner with customers to enhance brand value and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on partnerships and activations.
  • Support the activation calendar around key brand moments.
  • Manage innovation launch plans in Grocery.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure clear ROI.
  • Collect activation insights and report to the Insights & Reporting Manager.
  • Research and share competitor insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to brand planning and strategy to drive growth.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in Customer/Trade/Shopper Marketing within an FMCG environment, preferably in the Drinks Industry. Strong project management skills, knowledge of the UK Off Trade landscape, and the ability to understand and utilise category insights to inform activation plans are also essential. Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
