Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Academic Consultancy Officer to join our Research and Innovation Service at the University of Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering and improving our Academic Consultancy Service, ensuring service excellence, portfolio growth, and strategic management of our Academic Consultancy activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and systems underpinning the Academic Consultancy Service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with academics, other university services, senior management, and external clients to ensure a professional, efficient, and inclusive support function.
  • Drive the reputation and success of the Academic Consultancy Service internally and externally.
