We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in a complex care setting. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working with individuals who require support with various needs such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

As a Care Assistant with Advantage Healthcare, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing person-centred care that meets their unique needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, promoting independence and dignity for each individual.

This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who is able to provide physical and emotional support to our clients. You will need to be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including nights, and may be required to travel to different locations. A full driving license is essential for this role due to the geographical location of some of our services.

We offer a competitive salary of £18-22 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits including maternity/paternity leave, paid annual leave, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
