Substance Misuse Recovery Specialist

**Job Summary**
Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Substance Misuse Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing comprehensive assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
- Manage a high caseload of complex clients, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely interventions
- Deliver harm reduction advice, recovery interventions, and blood-borne virus interventions to clients
- Collaborate with clients to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing and recovery support activities
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in managing complex caseloads and conducting comprehensive assessments
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**What We Offer**
- A competitive rate of £20-£23 per hour, depending on experience
