The Role: Support Specialist for Mental Health Recovery

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with mental health conditions? Do you have a genuine desire to help people regain their independence and well-being?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Specialists to join our team at our residential rehab home in Fulwood. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping adults navigate their recovery journey.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide personalized support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, assisting them in developing essential living skills such as cooking, maintaining their living space, and managing finances.
  • Empower individuals to build coping mechanisms, access community activities, and pursue educational or employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for each individual.

  • Enthusiastic about working within the mental health sector, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • A skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexible and adaptable, as our residential service operates 24/7.
