About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse to join our team at Active Pathways Limited. As a Night Nurse, you will be working within a 23 bedded open-rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs and a 14 bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to promote patient safety and well-being
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health issues and recovery strategies
Requirements
  • Active NMC registration
  • Experience working within a mental health or rehabilitation setting
  • Understanding of the importance of delivering a holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Medication training
  • Experience working with adults with mental health needs
  • Knowledge of recovery-focused mental health services and rehabilitation principles
