We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse to join our team at Active Pathways Limited. As a Night Nurse, you will be working within a 23 bedded open-rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs and a 14 bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to promote patient safety and well-being
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health issues and recovery strategies
- Active NMC registration
- Experience working within a mental health or rehabilitation setting
- Understanding of the importance of delivering a holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence
- Medication training
- Experience working with adults with mental health needs
- Knowledge of recovery-focused mental health services and rehabilitation principles
