**Job Title:** Substance Misuse Recovery Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Misuse Recovery Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to individuals struggling with substance misuse.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage a high caseload of complex cases, providing regular support and guidance to service users.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective risk management.
  • Deliver harm reduction advice, recovery interventions, and blood-borne virus interventions to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Enable service users to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing and recovery support activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in substance misuse recovery or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of comprehensive assessments, care planning, and risk management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment and able to identify risks and take appropriate action.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive rate of £20-£23 per hour, depending on experience.
