Addiction Recovery Support Worker

**Job Summary**
Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Substance Misuse Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing comprehensive assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
- Manage a high-volume caseload of clients with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve recovery goals
- Provide education and support to clients on harm reduction strategies, overdose prevention, and blood-borne virus intervention
- Facilitate access to education, employment services, and health services to support client recovery
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in substance misuse recovery or a related field
- Excellent assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of harm reduction strategies and overdose prevention
**What We Offer**
- A competitive hourly rate of £20-£23
