About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at We Are With You. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our clients who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them navigate complex cases and situations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize harm to clients and promote their well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working in a health, social care, or criminal justice setting.
  • Successful track record of managing and developing a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands.
  • Resilience and ability to manage workloads in a busy environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and demonstrate a collaborative and supportive manner.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience of working with substance misuse or mental health issues.
  • Knowledge of health and safety in a healthcare setting and ability to assess and manage high-risk situations.
  • Experience of managing budgets and financial resources.
