The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and inspiring a team to design, plan, and implement a curriculum that meets local and national skills priorities, engaging learners to achieve their maximum potential.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, able to think strategically, and oversee the implementation of day-to-day operational matters, paying attention to detail while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the College's curriculum strategy

- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners

- Qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths
