Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will further develop the school's broad and balanced curriculum with a focus on developing the emotional intelligence, resilience, and well-being of pupils and staff. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistent application of effective school systems and processes to maximise school attendance and promote student success.

You will use your experience and innovation to drive forward school improvement, ensuring that no child is left behind. Your vision for the future of our school will be key to our continued success and growth.
