As Academic Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the School's community of professional services colleagues, overseeing the operations and strategic development of administrative support services for education, research, and engagement within the School. This includes ensuring that the administrative structure in the School is appropriate and effective, and that the services are structured as required in line with the academic requirements and strategic direction of the School, Faculty, and University.
You will have overall responsibility for ensuring support for School and Faculty activities relating to education and student experience, and that these are carried out effectively with a commitment to enhanced efficiency and quality. This includes building and leading relationships with key business partners across the Faculty and University, and working to support excellent service delivery and a 'one team' culture.
