Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement effective school systems and processes to maximise attendance and ensure pupils take full advantage of school facilities.
  • To drive forward school improvement by using experience and innovation to address challenges and opportunities.
  • To work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve strategic goals and enhance pupil outcomes.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified and experienced leader who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.

  • An ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the wider community.
