About the Role

Study Group is seeking an exceptional Academic Director to lead our London campus, driving academic excellence and quality assurance in partnership with the University of Huddersfield. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to enhance student outcomes, experience, and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of academic leadership, management, and research publications. Experience in international education and complex course delivery is essential. You will be a collaborative leader, able to work effectively with academics, university partners, and central teams to achieve shared goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing inspirational leadership to academic teams, working collaboratively with campus management and university partners.
  • Undertaking curriculum planning, staff resourcing, and budget management.
  • Contributing to Study Group's network meetings, forums, and projects.
  • Attending and contributing to university partnership Boards and committees.
  • Maintaining high academic standing, leading by example through publication records and professional engagement.
  • Recruiting and managing academic staff, promoting scholarly activity and research opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
