About the Job Description
  • You will provide effective performance management of direct reports, including setting personal objectives and KPIs, regularly reviewing performance, and conducting formal performance reviews.
  • Recruit and develop academic staff with the appropriate qualifications and experience to comply with accreditation conditions.
  • Maintain high academic standing by building on your publication record and professional engagement.
  • Facilitate staff participation in regular continuous professional development activity.

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000-£90,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with experience of partnership working or partnership management in the education sector. You should be able to evidence output of high-quality research publications and have experience of teaching international students.
