Account Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Greenock. As a key member of our advertising sales team, you will play a pivotal role in representing our diverse product portfolio across the region.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team and drive business growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Territory Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
  2. New Business Acquisitions: Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  3. Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and account development.
  4. Customer Relations: Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising sector.
  • Sales Cycle Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prioritization and Focus: Ability to manage multiple priorities, remaining focused under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
