We are seeking skilled individuals to enhance our team with a hybrid work model (3 days remote).
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver precise and reliable technical assistance to clients utilizing Medtronic Diabetes products and services promptly and effectively, including direct support for patients and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Address technical inquiries utilizing various troubleshooting methods, ensuring all interactions are documented in our customer relationship management system.
• Surpass client expectations in managing and resolving queries while aiming for first-contact resolution, providing exceptional service.
• Duties may encompass Therapy and Product Expertise, Call Management, Troubleshooting, Quality Assurance, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to maintain composure and demonstrate resilience in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks (switching between applications to access customer information and input data while providing real-time assistance).
• Basic to intermediate mathematical skills necessary for assisting clients with their vital statistics.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge or experience in diabetes therapy or clinical care.
• Background in troubleshooting medical devices or services within a contact center or helpdesk environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
