Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and clerical support to secondary schools, ensuring the smooth operation of financial and administrative duties in accordance with corporate and school procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to school staff, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the management of school finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Support the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • PVG Membership for Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults or a willingness to obtain prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
  • High level of competency in using Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to contribute positively to a team, including in a supervisory role where required.
