About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Alvarez & Marsal. As a key member of our Global IT Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement of Infrastructure and Equipment: Procure infrastructure, network, and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts, ensuring compliance with global standards and catalog requirements.
  • Procurement of Laptops and Software: Procure laptops and software related to hardware, adhering to IT policies and processes.
  • Services and Maintenance Contracts: Provide services related to network and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts, as well as maintenance contracts for hardware and software.
  • Order Tracking and Coordination: Track orders and coordinate with real estate, engineering, field services, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Financial Chargebacks and SLAs: Manage financial chargebacks and ensure adherence to IT policies, processes, contracts, and negotiation of SLAs with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Prior Global Procurement Experience: Possess prior global procurement experience or vendor management background.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Project Management: Have knowledge of ServiceNow and project management principles.
  • Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Applications: Be proficient in MS-Office applications, including Excel, PPT, MS-Word, and SharePoint.
