Learning Support Assistants Required

We are looking for motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants at our specialist school in Ware. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with pupils with severe learning difficulties aged between 2 and 19 years.
The role involves supporting pupils with their personal care, including social health, hygiene, first aid, and welfare matters. You will also be responsible for providing clerical/administrative support to the assigned teacher, such as photocopying, typing, filing, and record keeping.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attend to pupils' personal needs
- Provide administrative support to the assigned teacher
- Assist with the planning and delivery of individual education plans
- Monitor and evaluate pupils' progress and maintain pupil records
- Liaise with parents, carers, and professional staff to promote the learning objectives of each pupil
