Lead Generator (Outbound Sales Advisor)

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Exit Opportunities Specialist to join our team at K3 Capital Group Plc.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role where you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with business owners, and discussing potential exit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound B2B calls to small business owners to discuss potential exit opportunities
  • Arranging appointments for corporate directors once a business owner expresses interest
  • Providing a caring, thoughtful, and thorough service to clients

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales (B2B ideally, but B2C would also work)
  • Ability to build great relationships with clients
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Strong literacy and numerical skills
  • Bags of energy, drive, commitment, and ambition
