Business and Sales Executive

The Role
CORPORATE BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVES play a pivotal part in our business success. Your role involves making outbound B2B calls, connecting with small business owners directly. You'll build relationships and foster rapport discussing the possibility of selling their business.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients
- Work from our comprehensive CRM system
- Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors once a client expresses interest
- Deliver top-notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed
What We're Looking For:
- Prior sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Able to build excellent relationships with Clients
- Be a strong closer – know how to spot 'buying signs'
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and enjoying a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivated, professional, and a team player
- Bags of energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to be the best

- Competitive Salary: £25k Basic, uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE £40k
