About the Role:

As a highly motivated and self-driven individual, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our dynamic Recruitment Division. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, developing strategic relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, referrals, and networking.
  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to leverage the latest technology and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve results.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel frequently.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary up to £30,000 basic, plus uncapped commission potential, with an estimated OTE of £50,000 within 12-24 months.
