Job Description:

Euro London Appointments is delighted to be working with an exciting Events Agency who delivers full-cycle events in the financial sector. As an Events Director - French Speaker, you will be responsible for the full-cycle of event delivery and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle of events delivery for virtual, on-site, and hybrid events
  • Attend client briefings, event planning, logistics, conference stage management, and other related tasks
  • Work closely with the sales team and Production Manager to deliver events
  • Travel to France and USA a few times per year for client meetings and events
  • Manage events ranging from half-day to 3 days

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and French, written and spoken
  • 10 years' experience in corporate events management
  • Agency experience, professional services, or working with a portfolio of multiple events at a time
  • Availability to attend events outside of office hours
