About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Director to lead our ICE brand and drive its growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the event, including developing a value proposition and annual business plan, working within budget to establish a 3-year vision and strategy, and project managing live event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for ICE, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Manage the event budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenue targets are met.
  • Lead a team of event professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the event's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
